★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruined my wife’s gift, got a gift from my wife and went back at 3:15 pm on Friday to replace it as it didn’t fit my face, after staff inspected my sunglasses, he give me the green light to go ahead and look for another pair where at that moment I left my sunglasses and start browsing around, more than five minutes after I was informed by the manager that I can’t replace it because of a scratch, I asked her why I was informed right from the beginning, he already inspected it and asked me to start looking for another pair!! How I would know that it was not made by one of the staff as all three staff hold in between!! It only take leads than ten seconds to know if there is a scratch or defect or not! I asked for the customer service number to complain and no body know the number, after insisting and waiting for another five minutes they provide me with a number that says their office closed 5 minutes ago!! Is it a coincidence?? I asked the manager to provide me with their hours during weekend and she said she does not know the hours either! Totally useless and untrained staff that cost me around $300, will never go back
