★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi so, i was there in premium outlet mall edmonton on saturday 28th, 2020, i bought a jacket, since they did not allow to wear it in their store i decided to wear it at home and it did not fit my size.
I decided to return it on thursday december 3rd 2020, with original reciept and went there.
But the lady at reception clearly denied to refund or exchange it, well i had all the tags and original receipt attached.
She gave the excuse that it smells like worn, completely foolish explanation of not refunding, i asked her if i could not wear it then why would i bring it home, ofcourse i will try it on once, come on, have some common sense.And that is totally false accusation that it is smelling of something. I only wear it for 1 or 2 minute. It was the lady with fair skin red hair, rude, poor girl need to learn a lot about customer service.I was very polite and walked out that time, it looked like she has sonething wrong with her nose or may be really really strong as she was smelling something even with the mask( when there is nothing to smell).
POOR, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
A BIG ZERO FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU GUYS PROVIDE. SO RUDE
