★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No different than the other H&Ms in the Edmonton area, this year's selection looks more wearable. I don't normally buy the hottest and newest anymore but some of the clothes just aren't practical or it looks that way. How my point of views are clouded and the experience was very good. A good amount of customer attention and "hellos" and "see you next time/take care".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service they say yes to everything you buy... that items are refundable but when you go to return they simply deny. They need to train their staff better.Everyone there speaks different theory about return policy. Not going again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on Saturday the 28th to do a return. The young man at the front doors was awesome! He was very friendly and kept to covid protocol. The lady at the checkout however I found to be a bit rude. All I was simply doing was returning a pair of jeans , and yes I had the right receipt and debit with me to make it easy but the way she was talking to a fellow employee and me was surprising. At the end when I asked if it was okay if I looked around the store she just went " um yeah whatever" with a tone behind it. Needless to say I just left. I wasn't going to put in the energy to go through the check out and see her again.
