If you buy something here make sure it's not a gift and open the box before you leave to ensure product is as you expect.
Had a series of issues returning articles... Damaged, not on their timeline ( e.g. no returns for several days after Christmas even if you made special trip and store is pretty quiet)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do I enjoy the styles and prices I had and issue that was dealt with ease. I purchased a long board from west 49, it's my first board. I was having trouble with the board and balancing on it. I told them two of my wheels didn't touch.
The manager and assistant manager were more than accommodating, fantastic customer service and patience with the issues I was having. Definitely recommend going here
