★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management needs to be rated zero stars. Incredibly unprofessional and rude to customers and even their own staff. They ridicule their new staff members because they ask for guidance. I’m not too sure who they’re trying to impress, but the management definitely peaked in high school. Do not waste your time or money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store manager Ever met in my entire life other staff is good. I am going to buy the stuff around $500 but after first tansaction my phone switched off i have said her can you charge it for atleast 2 min but she refused so rudely even her staff said to do that
She loose the buisness for the store if anyone from store read the reviews she shiuld be fired everyone is commenting against her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a good collection of merchandise, but it took me 10 minutes to cash out a single pair of flip-flops at the store because of a keying error the cashier made. Mistakes happen all the time, what was bothersome was the attitude around it - no apology for the inconvenience of waiting so long to cash out because of an error on their part. Store needs to seriously upgrade their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was standing in line for almost 15-20 mins even after all restrictions are lifted up. They made me stand in line just because there were 2 sales associates on floor and rest 3-4 people were doing paperwork. It would have been great if they would have done paperwork in weekdays rather than on Sunday and would have been less frustrating to stand in line for soo long. When I requested manager on duty(Leah) to come and talk to me. The response that I received was that when I enter the store I can talk to her which was more frustrating. Hoping for a better customer service next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened last week. I was going to let it go, but even after a week, the event is still bothering me. I went to the store with a good friend of mine, and we’re waiting to be let in when the lady minding the entrance started small talk… but only spoke to my friend, who at the time was dressed better and in more expensive clothing/accessories than me…. First prejudicious act! Then, this lady found out my friend was Chinese and spoke Mandarin, and instantly switched to small talk in mandarin. Meanwhile, I’m standing right next to my friend (I’m also Chinese… and I also speak mandarin…) and being completely ignored. Any deals this lady mentioned was only told to my friend. I don’t know if she thought I didn’t understand? Was I so much looking like a peasant that I wasn’t worth acknowledging? My friend even mentioned she came to this store with ME and this lady at the door never once LOOKED AT or acknowledged me. If it wasn’t for the sales attendants being SUPER AWESOME, helpful and accommodating, I wouldn’t have spent a single cent because my first interaction BEFORE even entering the doors, was a sour one.
I don’t care who this lady is, but she needs to take a course in equality and prejudice.

If you are already a big fan of Tory Burch then get over here and check out the great deals. You won't be disappointed.
