★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the new outlet mall it's never really that busy , I took my 17 year old son to buy new clothes we where greeted with a big smile and hello , no pressure to buy anything just a " if you need my help I'll be here " got some good deals on Jean's and shirts ,lots of change rooms super helpful staff , we definitely will make more purchases here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I am giving this store two stars is due to the employee that graciously helped me when I asked for my size.
So I went into Levis (during the pandemic), and I was greeted by an associate at the front. I can't remember the employees name, but Jera was the manager. After talking for about 30 seconds, I asked if he had my size. The manager at the time decided to interrupt the employee looking for my size and state "whatever we have out there is out there". I decided not to look in that section and proceeded to another section where the employee was helping me find my size. The manager came up to me and spoke sternly letting me know that "I already told you, whatever size we have on the floor is whatever size we have". BTW during this whole time, the employee feels flustered its obviously a new job or potentially his first job. She then told the employee to get back to work. Nonetheless, I decided to try a few things on and buy a couple of things.The new employee begins ringing me up, but when the manager sees this she "apologizes for the EMPLOYEE taking too long". I proceeded to give her a piece of my mind and tell her that she's the one that should apologize. The employee did everything right, and the way she was speaking down to him was not right. The employee, during a pandemic was making sure there was the least possible contact on the clothing. Great work from the employee, pretty garbage responses from Jera the manager.
