I was impressed by the sale staff of Ecco shoes outlet especially Ms. Angela Lactao 1st visit we were able to buy 1 pair of shoe and on our 2nd visit on Sept. 22 buy another 2 pairs with great bargain and good quality comfort shoe.

Always such an amazing experience shopping at this Ecco location. The girls went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.

The staff were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to find me the perfect shoe! Amazing customer service and lots of options. I definitely recommend this location!

What does broken box mean??? Don’t say that it is broken in the transit which I won’t believe it as i always buy from Ecco online and this never happened to me! One star is too much!!

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now but I have been away on a trip. I visited this location about a month or two ago and the ladies did not acknowledge me when I walked in as they were too busy talking and gossiping. The East Indian lady was quite obnoxious. She was talking so loudly, the entire store and people outside could hear her. I understand that sometimes it’s not busy and you get bored so you talk about life and whatnot with your coworkers and that’s completely fine.. but how loudly she spoke was just very unpleasant and made it an unwelcoming environment for customers. The way she spoke just oozed with so much arrogance, I feel bad for the people she works with. It must be exhausting to have to talk to someone like that. I noticed she was really the only one talking while the other lady seemed very disinterested, and she can’t seem to sense that. The other lady (it says Arissa on the bottom of my receipt) finally noticed me and said hello. I think she was the manager. She turned out to be very professional and quite helpful. It seems that the other lady was just preventing her from doing her job. My husband came into this store as well just before our trip and he mentioned how rude and condescending the lady was (I believe it was the same one). She arrogantly told him he doesn’t look like the shoe size he said he had. Something along the lines of, “You’re not a 43. I work in a shoe store, I know what a 43 looks like.” I cannot believe someone would say that to a customer! Such arrogance, it’s quite shocking.. There are other ways to say that but she doesn’t seem to have been raised socially intelligent. Another lady was helping him and he said she was very patient and kind. I am not sure if it was the same one that helped me. She helped him try on a couple pairs of shoes, which led to him finding the right size that fit perfectly. Perhaps the other lady could take notes on how to treat a customer. Instead of being an arrogant know-it-all, try being more polite. I was quite satisfied with Arissa, and my husband also had a great experience with the lady that helped him. If I could rate the staff individually, I would certainly give them five stars. It’s a shame that the other lady had to ruin our experience at this store.

Just loved the way Tanya pampered me by patiently attending to my never ending requests of shoe styles and sizes. Tanya even advised me of specific shoes for my activities and Jasleen informed of great deals. I’ll definitely share this wonderful experience with family and friends. Thank you so much, Ladies!

Visited Ecco shoes yesterday for the first time and I just need to say that Tanya went above and beyond making me feel welcomed . She was very knowledgeable about the product and was so patient as I tried on so many styles! It’s hard to find such good customer service these days. I will definitely be returning for another pair of shoes.

Very nice store with a great collection of comfy and stylish shoes! They’ve got a clearance section at the back of the store that’s very well organized. Nowadays (Feb 2021) they’ve got a special offer ( you get to play a game if you buy items more than $180, you could win up to $88 off your purchase instantly) it’s a great deal! A big shout out to Angela who helped us a lot at the store!
