Marion est très professionnelle, extrêmement sympathique, calme, bienveillante et dévouée. Elle a fait des pieds et des mains afin de m’obtenir un rendez-vous dans la journée même à la clinique ophtalmologique du CHUM, simplement pour ne pas que j’attende trop longtemps à l’urgence. Elle a également pris la peine de me téléphoner en fin de journée pour prendre des nouvelles de mon état de santé. Il n’y a aucun doute que Descary Descary est mon nouvel optométriste de prédilection, et j’espère sincèrement avec la chance de recroiser Marion. Merci pour tout!

I was very impressed with the thorough exam conducted by Marion Duteau. Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend.
K	Kostyantyn Filonenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is not only bad; she is dangerous. Two years ago, on the seventh of August, 2019, she falsely diagnosed me with a retinal tear. She said that if I did not go to the hospital within 24 h my eye might become blind. Later, the nurse from the hospital called me home and urged me to come immediately saying that my eye doctor had contacted them to the effect that this was an emergency and that I had to be operated on. However, I refused to go. I just did not believe this optometrist. I was working on my PhD thesis at the Institute of Islamic Studies at that time; I knew that due to the competitiveness of the environment I was working in many people would be interested in preventing me from completing my thesis. I felt false notes in her voice and overall in her attitude she treated me. So I did not go, and now, two years later, I am just fine with no surgery. Recently, I took another eye examination with another optometrist, and no retinal tear was ever found. So my advice is: stay away from her if you know there are some people with money and influence who want to hurt you. PS When I left the examination room, the French girl who had performed the examination, stayed behind. At the counter in the main room stood a fiftyish Quebequoise madame who looked at me and blurted out: 'You've got a retinal tear so you need to go to hospital'. So how did she know already my diagnosis without looking at the paper or speaking to the eye examiner? So it all looked bogus, and I didn't believe any of it. I only regret I didn't go to the ophthalmologist at St, Luke with whom they arranged the affair, otherwise I would have caught him too in flagrante delicto.
