I placed an order on August 3, 2021. My order never arrived. I emailed on August 23 2021, and was assured it would be tracked with Canada Post, and rushed out if there was an issue. My order has now been reshaped, and I *should* have it by September 10, 2021. 5 weeks to receive an order is ridiculous. I emailed again explaining my frustration, and why. I was told my products have been shipped. Just lousy communication AND customer service. First and last time ordering from you. **You ask me to reach out, but then block me from emailing you. Yes, I have the proof. **

I recently received my order which was placed on Feb 9th. One of the products was not there, nor did I receive a refund for it either. I’ve tried emailing and calling multiple times with no response. I am very frustrated with the lack of customer service provided. This experience definitely makes me not want to make future purchases from here again. Follow up: I was finally able to get a hold of someone via phone. She was very understanding, apologized for the issue and proceeded to refund me.

Poor experience. I came in today, prior to my event, to grab some lash glue. The front desk employee didn’t greet me or ask if I needed any help. When I asked where the lash glue was, she pointed and I picked one. After getting home and getting ready for my event I opened the lash glue to find it completely dried out. I’m pretty upset, because I won’t have the time to head back and exchange this product because i need use it now. Please, check the products ur selling to make sure it’s still useable.

Placed an online order for some synthetic hair on a rush (my appointment was going to be within 7 days), and they responded to my email request to have it sent on a rush immediately and I received the hair 2 days after I sent the email, they sent it via direct courier. Very happy with my overall experience I will be back for more hair and styling products.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIs COMPANY!!! All the reviews are accurate. If I could give this company a zero star I would! I placed my order and waited the 5 business days as per their shipping policy to contact them via email. They responded 2 days later indicating that my order will be shipped out next day (which was Monday) the latest Wednesday. Well Wednesday has come and gone. I sent another email. No response. I called and spoke to an individual who indicated my order will be shipped out NExT week! I ask how is that possible when your team sent an email saying it will be shipped 3 days ago latest yesterday. She said the lipgloss ordered is on back order. So now I’m lead to believe that I was LIED to based on my first email received. I asked for a refund and they indicated that the refund will take just as long as the lipgloss would To get to me. At this point I don’t care! Terrible company do not buy from them!

I ordered from Deluxe Beauty Supply. At no fault of theirs, it was unfortunately lost in shipping. Not 30 seconds after emailing the company, I received an immediate response. The problem was resolved as soon as a new shipment could be sent and the order came quickly. My daughter and granddaughters will be so happy to receive their products and in particular, the curl detangler. I will definitely continue ordering from this company due to its excellent service. Thank you for the pleasant experience on rectifying a slight hiccup.

Hello Deluxe, I placed an order from your site since the 12th of April, and up till today the 21st of April it has not been shipped. I have sent a couple of mails and the feedback from your team is that it will be shipped without giving any timeline for shipment. This is my first time shopping on this site and if I knew your service is the poorest around I wouldn't have ventured. Kindly help facilitate the shipment of my items, and they are only a few, about 3 of them. You can remove your free sample items (if that is why there is a delay) and send me only what I paid for.
