R	Ren Lac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. I went at 3:30pm the sign said open but the door was locked. I knocked and a lady told me they were all on lunch. She didn't say come back in 30 minutes, she gave me no time line when their lunch would be over. I had to wait for my son so against my better judgment I went back. Upon entering I made eye contact with several of the workers and no one greeted me. Finally a lady says hello and asks if I want a menu. As I'm looking through the menu and around the store the same lady says to me can you move away from the counter! Her tone and energy made me feel even more unwelcome. I honestly don't know what it is about me that caused me to get this kind of treatment. It's a shame because I probably would have given them lots of business. I will never ever go there again. I'll drive the extra to another sushi place that's is more welcoming to all customers.

The location is great too, it’s nice to have a sushi restaurant so close by. Great customer service and a clean space too! The wait for food is a bit long though. It might be better to order online and pick it up, rather than walking in.

It did not disappoint. Everything was well packaged and the food was delicious. We will definitely order again! To management: please continue to maintain the quality of your food so we can be regulars ?
M	Michael Phan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a big fan of Kibo Sushi, however this location does not do it justice; the portion sizes are significantly smaller and the quality is definitely lacking. The rice is usually very tasty and its what has me coming back every time, but on both occasions I tried it, there was barely any flavor. They also used the wrong radish in my Futo Maki roll. As much as I like Kibo Sushi, I will not be trying this location again.

My husband’s workplace is in Liberty Village (Toronto) and he can enjoy Kibo there as well. So delicious. Just not open on Mondays.
L	Lysa M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Very happy with EVERYTHING. Normally I don’t stray away from my typical places in Scarborough and anything outside of that is … meh, but this place surprised me. The shrimp tempura I think was the best I’ve had so far in terms of shrimp to tempura ratio. Also, the ebi shumai was good-tried it steamed as per the recommendation of the restaurant. I have nothing bad to say. They also have a variety of snacks, desserts, instant ramen and more to buy in store. Support local and support Asian businesses!

The staff is also always friendly and helpful. They were very helpful when I was having difficulty ordering by phone. Thanks for all your help and we’ll definitely be ordering soon.
