★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience! We stayed last night on our way to FSJ for Christmas. We were very excited to hear they had a heated parkade so we didn't have to unpack the whole vehicle of Christmas things. They brought us up a pack and play for our littlest one with sheets and a blanket and also brought us up some extra towels. The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. We enjoyed some time in the pool which was great. We also ate dinner and breakfast from the restaurant, both were a great value! Lots of food and tasted good! Checked out and the staff had little Christmas bags for the kids which was very nice! Would stay here again for sure! 5 stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While working out of town for work I stayed here for 6 days I had to ask the cleaners to clean the room after the first 4 days it wasn’t cleaned or towels aren’t replaced either. The front desk service is awesome and the rooms are super big and comfy and the steam room is awesome but for whatever reason the rooms didn’t get cleaned for me and my co-worker

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife & I stayed here overnight and were blown away by the quality of service and friendly staff. Every employee we passed smiled (under their mask) and said hello... It was nice. Room was beautiful and CLEAN! Bed was comfortable.
My new go-to hotel in G.P!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Marriott chain hotel in Grand Prairie. As an elite member I often get thoughtful welcome gifts and always an upgrade. Rooms and hotel in general are very clean and the building is new. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Needs more of those fantastic turkey sandwiches in the elite pantry ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renovation of this hotel was completed in August 2021.....brand new and extremely clean. Dont be deceived by dated exterior. We were upgraded to a suite because of my husband's lifetime titanium status. Has access to Delta Pantry which is well stocked with goodies. Enjoyable stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our wedding here in December , from start to finish the experience was a roller coaster.
Zero communication between the employees,
Zero organization , everything changed literally with every month, counting down to the wedding.
The employees and service during the wedding was terrible, took food away before our guest were done eating , clearing plates when guest literally had fork to mouth.
They were rude , didn’t help get drinks to tables when ordered multiple, instead they would say we received them and make us pay for more.
Made Santa sit in -30 weather in his vehicle because he wasn’t ordering anything and he was sitting in the restaurant waiting to come surprise the kids.
3 days prior to the wedding we needed to find a DJ because there order of a “speaker “ didn’t come in.
Last minute “ room rental Wednesday’s “ so it was a fight to even set up the day before the wedding,
The room was dirty / table clothes were dirty.
When we came down to Take down the next day some of our decorations were missing.
And so much more !
Very disorganized! We’re not nice to deal with, especially when we came back to discuss our experiences “ they said oh that’s unfortunate “ and just ignorant.
Beautiful place , but staff needs improvement
Especially when it comes to making a wedding feel like it will be the best day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a fantastic addition to GP! Long overdue and much needed. When you’re here next, make sure to dine in at the restaurant. Brooke, Kayla and Cierra are fantastic and will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. Exceptional service, great recommendations and service with a smile. They were fantastic!! Great job, Delta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two nights. We had one of the bigger rooms, two queens and a pull out couch. Room was super clean, large, and new. We had room service breakfast that was amazing. Staff were friendly. Beds were so comfy; best hotel sleep I ever had. Only cons: need more hooks on the walls to hang things like purses. Same in the bathroom...no hooks to hang anything or put wet towels to dry. And bathroom door was right beside the bed...so anyone going into the bathroom you would hear. Would stay again.
