S	Sabrina Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the hours and service lately, being closed at 4pm and on weekends is very inconvenient. It's been increasingly hard to make appointments, and the service has just gone way down hill. Been with them for 20 years, I know it's COVID but come on!

After going in to pay out a loan the first lady I saw was rude and almost turned me away from paying unless I called in to the service department myself. Luckily she passed me off to a much friendlier service representative who was very helpful.

They still have not deducted a check for thousands of dollars from my balance due, even though I have proof they deposited my check at their bank two weeks ago! Not returning phone calls about this matter. Terrible way to treat customers.

I went in to request an old account number to make adjustments to my credit file, and a short Caucasian lady with a dark brown/black pixie-ish haircut, glasses, and a raspy voice told me there was nothing she could do and referred me to another branch in GP. She spent some time conversing with the other women ahead of me and barely even said a hello when I walked up to the counter. Because I am not a confrontational person, I went to the other branch. I was helped and got the information I needed in under 3 minutes. I understand having a bad day, but she was laughing and conversing with the other people ahead of me. This is plain and simple racism in 2021! I went there a while back as well and dealt with the same thing after waiting almost an hour when their systems went down!
l	lokyomata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s always a nightmare coming to this branch. Despite having emailed and called ahead, no one at the branch had any idea when arriving in person. Some communication issues that make a 2 minute trip into a 2day endeavour.
