We were told at check-in that airport transfer runs twice hourly the next day and that it’s scheduled so there’s no need to book in advance. Was told by another receptionist the next day that there was only one scheduled that day and that the driver had errands to run so was unable to accommodate more shuttles. Upon check-out, driver was behind the counter and the van was sitting at the same spot by the entrance.

Prices are reasonable, rooms are clean and beds are surprisingly super comfortable. Plus they even offer free shuttle service to and from the airport!! What more can you ask for?

It is clean and tidy and the cleaning staff do a good job...We paid for a breakfast in the cost, however the "restaurant" is closed . Breakfast is described as grab and go. Well a little brown bag per person containing a yukki cake...a couple of biscuits and if they remember a banana . I'm appreciate the covid problem but I fee they could do better.

I arrived way earlier from my check-in time and they allowed me to check in 1 hour early without any additional cost. Room was decent, good size and super clean, it had everything I needed. Shuttle service to and from the airport is free of cost. Would definitely recommend
L	Leslie Forrest (Reckleslie) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is mediocre at best, noisy and on a busy street and the walls are rather thin I could hear the TV in the other room from me, but the staff made it truly a horrible experience. It’s been over almost 2 weeks and they still haven’t released my 500 DOLLAR damage deposit. Which I only stayed one night so that alone is ridiculous. They were very rude when I checked in they were not helpful and rude when I checked out the next morning. I was told breakfast would be available starting at 5:30 I was down there for 6 before I checked out. No breakfast nothing. When I pressed about it I was left with well we don’t have it out yet come back later. I called to speak to the staff today (January) and ask if they knew why my incidentals hadn’t been released off my credit card. He was rude told me it was my problem and to call my credit card. I was told by staff when I checked in that it would be one to two business days. He never asked for my room number or my last name to see anything just told me it was not his nor the hotels problem to give me back my deposit of 500 dollars, on a less than 150 dollar a night stay. Would not recommend this hotel. Stay at the Hampton or the holiday inn that are both right there instead. Much better hotels and at least their staff are polite and helpful.
S	ShannonAnd Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude staff! We tried to book an airport shuttle and were told we couldn't have one until about an hour later that we needed. (That obviously doesn't work when you have a flight to catch.) Management's response? It's a service we offer... not one we need to guarantee. We carried on with our plans to sight see on a very rainy day in Vancouver. On our return to the hotel, we asked for 1 extra blanket for our 2 queen room. We were told only 1 spare blanket per room. I was shaking my head in disbelief as I started to walk away. They called me back to tell me they found some room on the shuttle in the morning and to be in the lobby at 405. We were. All alone. And continued to be all alone until 420 when the shuttle driver said it was time to go. We boarded the empty shuttle with plenty of available seats. Loading and unloading all of our own bags while the driver played on his phone. Avoid this place! There is an incredibly service focused hotel right next store. They even made efforts to help us find an airport shuttle when we we originally told we couldn't get one. Nicer building, lovely staff, same location and very similar pricing! Choose the Hampton by Hilton every.time!!

Close to bus station, rail and the airport. Lots of restaurant within walking distance Negative: dated interior. TV needs a size upgrade and allow for streaming. Parking space is on the smaller side. Gym is needs more than what they have. Food for thought: because of covid, Continental breakfast is just bars and cookies. Because of the price, don't expect much.

A complimentary shuttle was also provided the next day for a personal work to the airport. The receptionists answered all questions patiently and was helpful. Reduced one star just because of the so-called ‘breakfast’ which is just juice, a banana, granola bars and a cookie. If known before, would have arranged something for ourselves (had to manage 5 yrs old with these items).
