Negative: The lady at the front desk could have been a little better at nights in writing the room number couldn't read it, and better at directing me .The staff in morning they were extremely helpful on dinning and taxi service.

It smelt like urine in the hallways there was mould in the shower and the area was sketchy at best. We asked for a refund but they would not give it to us.
M	Mike Satchwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good lord. There is a White Spot restaurant that you must enter the hotel to enjoy a lovely Triple O and a beer. They won’t charge a meal to your room. So I go through the hassle of billing my employer. Not the end of the world. Was waiting for the check in ( 35 min ) and used the toilet. No TP. No sugar at the coffee station in the lobby. Ice machine not dispensing ice. 3 stars? Seems like everyone running this place has given up. I am an experienced upscale restaurant manager and I wish I wasn’t.
S	S R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived at the hotel the lobby was dirty, and even though the rooms linen and everything is clean all the fixtures are so old and the phone doesn't work. When we requested coffee pods the receptionist told she will bring it to the room, but never bothered to bring it. We were given a room and when we entered the room it was occupied and that guest shouted at us (which is fair) The receptionist told the restaurant is open from 9-12 but when we came down the other day to have breakfast it was closed. I am really disappointed with the lack of information the reception gives us and they don't even care about the guest once the room is sold. They don't even care to respond. So disappointed with the reception. But the linen was clean which means the housekeeping is doing a great job.
W	Wing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: 1. We were luckily assigned a quiet room not facing heavy traffic road. 2. Close to airport. 3. Free coffee and computer/printer(without ink) in the lobby. Negative: 1. No advanced notice for not daily cleaning and re-supplying towels, coffee/tea bags, body wash/shampooÂ¿etc. We have to ask for room supplies at the front desk. 2. Some small fly bugs in the washroom. 3. Air conditioning FAIR. 4. Hotel tax/fee 25%???!
W	Wes Oostenbroek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a half hour early and she wouldn't even preregister us to avoid the rush and she told us the room was getting sanitized which was false. So when we came back at check in time 4pm there was a line up of people and the guy at the front wasnt happy on how long it was taking for him to check in also. She was condescending and not wearing her mask properly! We asked for a kettle and the answer was a quick NO! When we asked her supervisor he said yes we have kettles. Is convenient for the airport though but not very clean.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff went above and beyond to make me happy. The TV in my room did not work. With 5 mins they came to my room within giving me two other rooms to look at, both with the TV on so I could choose which I preferred. Negative: There was nothing to dislike. The value for the price was exceptional. Great staff, super clean and function, great gym and parking.
