I'd give this place zero stars if I could. The WORST experience, ever! As a business owner myself, I wanted to give them every opportunity to do the right thing but after 2 weeks of daily phone calls, I give up and will be filing a LAWSUIT against this company in small claims court. I took my car to be detailed on April 8, 2021 and to be fair, they did an Ok job of the car. The problem: when I got home, I was missing my back seat floor mats. I called and left a message and did this for two more days before driving back there and speaking with Miguel. He searched my entire car (like I hadn't already done that) and said he'd look into it (they obviously ended up in someone else's car) and call me when he tracked down my mats. After 10 more days of daily phone calls, nothing. No response. My floor mats are gone and the owner, Oscar, will not even call me back. So now I'm driving around with paper mats in my back seat (see pic). It's like they think they're not responsible or something! So, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE THERE! Even if this is a one off, do you really want to take the chance that nothing will go wrong? Rest assured, if it does, there will be no recourse but to sue for damages because Oscar has no interest in doing the right thing. This company is a joke and I've never wished ill will on another business before but if this company goes out of business I will not be the least little bit sad or surprised.

Do not waste your time and money here. Delivered 1 hr 30 min later than the promised time. I dropped at 10 am and picked up at 3:30 pm, wasted all my day and messed up my plans. Also, they missed a lot of spots, e.g. seat pockets, rear window, driver and passenger seat sides etc..

Bought a Groupon. Called to make appointment. Mailbox full. Tried text. No answer. Found a second number with same result Cancelled Groupon. It has gotten worse over time but now it's just a lost cause. Need to source a new place.

Had a Groupon deal. Called to make an appointment and got the voice-mail. Did not call back till the end of the day. Made a 10am appointment and when I arrived the door was locked and no one answered the phone. Too many red flags there.

This place is out there just trying to make a quick buck. They don't understand that there are reprecautions for Damaging customers property. We all make mistakes and in the world of business, we can make up for those mistakes by making it right. The experience I've received what an absolute denial, zero collaboration and a lot of outwitting remarks. The owner Oscar refuses to pick up his phone which creates for an even more frustrated situation. Wasted my time and now I have to file an ICBC claim. This could have been more simple process through proper communication and not negligence and avoidment. Aside from scratching my car, the job called for detailing which there is a substantial lack off. Please save yourself some grief and avoid this place.

I purchased a Groupon with this company, and the customer service was absolutely horrendous. No one answers the phone, it is impossible to book or reschedule an appointment with them. They do not value their customers and are very rude and dismissive. Do not do business with them! Be warned! I ended up cancelling my Groupon, despite the good deal! Customer service is too important to me and the stress was not worth it.

Purchased interior detailing with exterior wash for van. First call for appointment was quick and was easy to get a date and time that worked for me. No issues here. Showed up 5 mins early, place is not easy to get to and the front space is small. Park at the rear garage doors and either call or walk around to the front door. My appointment was for 8am. When I arrived, the store front was not open and the phone was still to voice mail. They opened up shop shortly after 8. That's fine, but their voicemail hours state 7:30, and google hours show them as closed, so it seems to fluctuate. First impressions were brief, young man greeted me and asked for the keys and told me it'll take 2.5-3 hours for the interior detail/exterior wash. He was not impressed that I had a couple containers in the rear for my kids stuff that I didn't remove, as well as the baby seat in the car. I removed them for him and put them to the side. It wasn't instructed that I remove these beforehand, otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue - overall not a big deal, but he seemed a bit annoyed. I left for breakfast. White spot across the street, and some local coffee shops a couple mins away. Promptly at the 2.5 hour mark I received a text message advising my car was done. I arrived within 10 mins. They did not allow much time to return, so do not venture too far away. (gave me 90 mins to return or they were closing) Same young man returned the car keys to me and advised me a couple things about how to air out and dry the car. Returned items to me that were originally in the car without issue. Car had heater full blast to help dry the seats and carpet inside, some parts were slightly damp still. Charged me the additional $55 for large van, which was expected as well as taxes on top. I added a reasonable tip on top as well. Paid via cash or etransfer only - I chose etransfer. No issues until later that evening, more on this later. My car was already in good condition upon dropping off, so the overall job would have been straight forward. I was looking for a good shampoo of the carpets and seats. Which to their credit seem quite good. The carpets and seats overall were done satisfactory, however obvious stain in front passenger seat was not removed. The door jams were done in most part well, you will see some smears and missed areas in the pictures attached. Exterior mirrors, door handles, tires and rims were done well. The trim pieces and panels however required additional detailing, some areas were clearly not touched. The cup holders in the rear, as well as the seat handles were not touched. The headline was also not touched. Most of the plastics inside the car also had some kind of strong gloss over it, however, not all plastics were rubbed clean of markings and scruffs from shoes for example. Exterior appeared dry and clear of water, was clean. Again, the car was already in very decent condition upon arrival. I had questioned whether the exterior was actually cleaned, but it was a bit smoother. Overall, it's a decent clean, bit unprofessional in terms of setting and structure ie. no receipt, no breakdown of services, not sure what my package was. It's not as detailed as you would hope for and there are some sloppy parts, as well as parts that are missed. I didn't run into issues like other reviewers where items inside are missing or the car is damaged upon return that would be a nightmare. However, I'm still awaiting a return call about my etransfer payment which I had erroneously sent TWICE to the same email. I realized this later in the afternoon and notified them via email right away. To their credit - the same gentlemen called me back quickly, but I had dropped my phone and the call had hung up. I returned the call several times but to no avail. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly and I will update my review accordingly. Hope this helps. Edit: Oscar the owner called later that night and returned the funds. Noticed door ding from my trip there - real shame sigh

2.5 stars. This is one of several auto detailing businesses in Marpole. Their hours vary depending on how busy they are. Customer service is hit and miss with phone calls. However, once in touch they are generally helpful. Their Groupon deals are price competitive. The level of work was not top notch with some obvious flaws, but 'you get what you pay for,' seems to be fitting. If you don't want to clean your own car this could be a reasonable option for you. It is best to go to the back of the shop instead of the front office to find help. Walking distance to SkyTrain or one bus from Marpole Loop. #letsguide #covid
