★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of my car, however I’m extremely dissatisfied with the fact that they think it’s perfectly fine to idle the clients car for as long as they want without notifying you. They have no method for drying your car other than to idle it with the heat on full blast. I went in with half a tank and they returned it to me with not even the reserve fuel left. I’m less annoyed about the cost of the gas than the wear and tear from idling for so many hours on end. You simply cannot burn half a tank of gas in a hybrid car without idling it for at least 4, maybe even 6+ hours. I did not consent to this. Tbh I would have seeked treatment elsewhere had I known they would do this. Sorry to leave a 1 star review, but I asked one of the guys who worked on my car how long they let it idle and he said about an hour. That is a lie. You would think they would have any other method for drying the car. This is seriously polluting as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car detailed on august 4th 2021. Black suv bmw. I’m trying to get ahold of the owner. But nobody is calling me back. Mike the manager I talked to already. Still no progress.
I had 10 Hennessy and I gave the workers 1 as tip. I had 7 left. I should still have 9 left.
The workers there steal. Talk to Larry for my cell number for a proper complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend - friendly, attentive service where everyone involved seems genuinely concerned about doing a good job. Prior to service, Dave took time with me on the phone to answer my many questions, and Michael was great on arrival with determining what I needed done. My Toyota looked great after, and the price was right. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are honestly SO amazing - my car has never been so clean. Like I don't think it was even this clean when it was sold to me. Our car was filthy (its basically a dog-mobile) and they returned it back to us looking brand new!! There was a $50 extra charge because our car was so dirty, but they told us that upfront, which is way better than finding out about it in the end. Super great guys that do an amazing job - definitely will be coming back and recommending to everyone we know!
