My car was parked for a few months and ended up getting flooded during that time which caused severe mold and everything was soaked through, despite being extremely busy they took my car in and got to work on it right away, they sent me daily updates with pictures and videos and documented everything for me so i could take that info back to ICBC as ICBC was trying to claim that there was no flood damage to the car. Kurtis and his team took the entire interior apart and did a very thorough job making sure my car was well cleaned, properly dried and safe to drive again, they went well above and beyond my expectations.

I had the leaks fixed at the dealer before coming in for the full mould elimination/interior cleaning service. Alena was detailed and responsive to my emails requesting information before booking, and the booking process was easy as well. Kurtis and his team had to completely remove the inside of my car for cleaning and drying. From the photos and video updates I received because of how big the job was, I could tell that were very detail-oriented in their work. Everyone here was also friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this team to people looking for interior cleaning services
A	Andy Matheson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 1995 Ford F-250 to help me start my landscaping business, and I wanted to clean it up to show potential customers that I'm the type of guy who takes pride in my work and tools and keeps things in working order. Kurtis, the owner, made accommodations to take on my job quickly. I chose the full monty because, its a 1995! I was impressed with how passionate and knowledgeable Kurtis is about his business, and it reminded me of my own passion for mine (Taurus Land Care btw). My truck is absolutely beautiful. He unbolted the seats and console, removed the entire carpet for a power washing. Below I added some photos of a seatbelt before and after Kurtis sent me. I got the truck back knowing he did everything he could to restore it. I am incredibly pleased and will absolutely be going back. You get what you pay for with unique auto detailing.
5	5123170 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: I have upgraded my review to 4*. The owner Kurtis has since emailed me. We have also spoken on the phone. I am satisfied with the resolution offered and their plan going forward on how to do better with their website, quoting and communication. They will also train their technicians better in customer service so something like this doesn’t happen again. Seems like the shop reviews are great but unfortunately the detailing with the mobile service was not very "detailed" as they missed cleaning some key spots. When we expressed our concerns about the missed spots, they offered to come back to fix it but it was too inconvenient for us to reschedule and have the car out of commission again. However, there was no offer on reducing the invoice given the incomplete job. We also expressed concern about the high bill. For $320 plus tax and $300 plus tax (two cars got detailed), they did not deliver the value charged. Our cars were in great condition before (no pets, stains or mould, and food is not allowed in the car) so there should have been no reason it would be that high, unless they wanted a “make work” project to extend the time. Be careful with companies that charge by the hour. We had quotes in the $200 range per car but decided to go with Unique Detailing because of the great reviews here. We won’t be coming back due to the lack of detail in the missed spots, high price and poor customer service in dealing with our concerns.

The car was parked for 3 months on the street under a tree which blocked the front and caused leaking into the car. We had cleaned the visible mould, but suspected there would still be issues. We explained this to Kurtis who explained how costly it could be, but he sent us play by play videos and photos to show us exactly what we were dealing with as the work progressed. He ended up taking both seats out and thoroughly dried the car overnight. They did a complimentary exterior wash and cleaned the engine area as well. His pricing for the job was not nearly as expensive as we thought it would be. It was an absolutely outstanding job with so much communication we understand why he has so many great reviews. His sense of humour is greatly appreciated. We even ended up with a referral to a great mechanic! Thanks Kurtis!

It looked good going in but now it absolutely looks brand new! I was more excited to pick it up today than I was when I bought the car a few weeks ago. This job definitely didn’t come easy to Kurtis. He came across a few challenges that were unknown to me. He told me about them, and fixed those problems for me without adding it on to the final price. I told him that I was willing to work with him on the price but he told me not to worry about it and that he would take care of me. That he did! My car looks absolutely amazing! Every inch of the car was meticulously taken care of. I’m blown away as to how fantastic the car looks! Simply blown away!!! Thank you again Kurtis, thank you to your team. Not only was Kurtis honest and professional, he kept me in the loop the entire process. I had called around for a few mobile detailing shops to come and clean my moms Nissan Rogue due to interior mould. A few places said no problem and provided the price. When I called Unique, Kurtis was straight up and honest with me. He advised that a mobile detailing isn’t going to fix the problem only mask it. He explained every single detail of what needed to be done and was upfront with the cost which I really appreciated. Even though the full mould removal and detailing was more expensive than the other mobile quotes, I went with Kurtis based on his upfront honesty and knowledge on how to fix the issue. When the car was dropped off Kurtis kept me informed with videos and pictures of the progress. When it came time to pick up the car it was like it was brand new again. Kurtis gave a full rundown again of what him and his team did to make sure that all the mould was gone and wouldn’t return. I cannot say enough good things about Unique detailing.
