★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CyclePath Oakville is really dialed-in right now! I've been in for two bike services in the last two weeks and the turnaround time was 2-3 days so I was back on the road fast. Their service communication is great with both a text message and a personal phone call to explain the work that was done. I also bought some awesome snowriding boots last month and had a great customer experience. Their showroom is nicely full of available bikes too. They're doing everything right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently brought my GIANT Revolt in for full tune up (hadn't been in for several years due to COVID). Travis took excellent care of me, looking over the bike in great detail, and assessing it for what it really needed, vs what it didn't, and only undertaking the work it actually needed as the work list began to mount. Bike now rides like its brand new, after Travis and team replaced the badly worn tires, did a complete brake job (hey, I can stop now!), replaced the chain, changed the rear sprocket, and one or two other minor items. Communication throughout was excellent, such that I was always aware what was recommended and had a say in what was to be done to the bike. Thanks Travis, and thanks to the entire CylcePath Oakville Team, for keeping me and my wife roadworthy since 2016!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff is very knowledgeable and there are many options at different price points - for example, I was looking for a new bicycle pump - the saleswoman showed me the range from least expensive to most expensive and everything in between - and explained why each of them is appropriate for different users. I've bought bikes for myself and my children for probably 25 years at Cyclepath and they always leave me very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I went to cyclepath (and not Canadian Tire, for example) is because I knew I would get help selecting the right bike, and then have it setup perfectly instead of doing it myself... Plus the bike itself is a known brand at a reasonable price. My kid is happy. Big thanks to Joe and whoever was doing the tuning in the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the most amazing, friendly knowledgeable and customer service oriented team. My family gifted me a bike from this shop, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful providing great advic and options. I myself returned with the bike for some adjustments and additional purchases of gear, despite having a high volume of customers ar the time every person I interacted with took the time to help me, answer all my questions and help me even when the shop was past the closing time. I cannot say enough THANK YOU for how nice and helpful this team of people were and how good it feels to attend and buy from a store with this quality of individuals and service. Definitely would recommend buying a bike or bike related products from them for quality and current and ongoing service. Thank you Cyclepath!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at Cycle Path Oakville. I have been waiting all year for a new bike due to all the shortages and demand. I thought I would try again this fall and they had stock of the Trek Marlin 6. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I had two little guys with me and they were great with them as well. I took the bike for a spin out in the parking lot and they kept an eye on the kids. Very happy with the shop and experience. Been to quite a few shops over the years and there was zero pretentious attitude here that you run into in some shops. Will recommend and go back anytime I need a bike shop.
