★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get your tires here. The low price in nice but you get what you pay for. We had specifically had a trip down island to get our tires changed over. Because we had bought some of our tires from Cosco, the changing over cost is lower then anywhere else we have seen to get tires for. But, again you get what you pay for. We have been consistently told that our wait time would be a certain length only to be told later when we return at that time to retrieve our car, that it hadn't even got into the shop yet. Customer service does not answer the phone often and when they do they tell you they will call you back and never do. To sum thing up, bad costumer service, lying Cosco representatives, and slow work when it actually get done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought tires from them, took over a month to get an appointment to get them put on. Told it would take about an hour and a half?!?! Turned into two hours. There's no where to wait except outside in the cold, or to wander the store for that time. Got home to find out the original tires hadn't been put in the trunk. Tried calling and no one bothered to answer. Went back and got told to go see the guys in the shop. Finally someone came to speak to us. Had to repeat our problem to him before he actually said..."we didn't know you wanted them." No one asked us when we dropped the car off or picked it up. The tires were brought out, dumped at our feet, and the guy walked away. Not in bags or anything. Leaving my husband and I to get them loaded.
We won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I've had great services and great customer service with Costco to get tires in the past. But tonight couldn't have been farther from previous experiences by far. I arrived at least 20mins prior to my 2:30pm appointment that made no difference what so ever only to wait nearly
2 hours for four tires to be installed. I parked in the tire centre designated parking spots. The reception employee was professional and friendly, but that all changed when I once I got home only to discover that the old tires had not been place in the back seat nor the trunk. I was not advised on weather or not I wanted to leave the tires behind. We tried calling, but no one answered. When my wife and I returned we were directed outside to the garage to speak with the staff. The employee that approached us had to be told repeatedly what we were asking for and for what vehicle the old tires came from. He located them rather quickly only to walk back banging them off car lifts and literally dropping them at our feet, unbagged, and then walked away. Not one single word of an apology or a misunderstanding in anyway shape or form.
