K	Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get great service at Costco, the service is friendly and the line ups are short. The cost of the medications and the service fees are the lowest of any other pharmacy.
L	Lynne Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacie's policies are irritating and insulting. When the Dr. phones or faxes a prescription in and it is not filled unless you phone in to have it filled it becomes an inconvenience and a wast of time.
L	Louis Pagliaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a former professor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and currently a professor Emeritus, I believe that I am well qualified to formally assess the quality of professional pharmacy services delivered by this pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed and dismayed that this is one of the most incompetent and unprofessional pharmacies that I have dealt with in over 40 years of pharmacy practice and experience. It is difficult to clearly determine if this is due solely to the individual unprofessionalism and incompetence of the pharmacists who work there or if the corporate structure of Costco (and its related policies) play a major contribulatory role. Suffice to say that they have made dispensing errors and I have personally observed the pharmacy staff (both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians) to be rude, kurt, and totally professionally detached (i.e., uncaring and unconcerned) when interacting with their patients. They appear to think of, and treat, their patients simply as customers --- customers, who they really could care less about --- because they do not own the pharmacy and are simply paid a wage that is not linked to the direct patient service that they should be providing as health care professionals. Although you may save a couple of dollars at Costco pharmacy, I would strongly recommend that it is in the best interests of your health (physical and mental) to find a more caring and professional pharmacy to deal with. E	Earl Emms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff is short ,dismissive,and self important. A fault of poor management skills in guiding junior employees. I for one don't think the counter girl should decide if I should get the medican or the amount the doctor prescribed.
S	Scott Van Achte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pharmacy of choice, but mostly because we do most of our shopping at Costco. Wait times can be slower than other pharmacies. Typically we will drop off prescriptions and pick up the next day. Sometimes waits are more than an hour. Staff has always been friendly so no issues there.
C	Cache on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the new prescription advising asian pharmacist how long I should gargle this medication for flonase induced thrush, she's like... "uuuuuuh.... I dunno... (pause) 2-3 minutes??" Me - I'll guess have to google it huh. Where'd you go to school? Do I need to even ask? Someone check her credentials. I will be reporting this to higher ups

This is the lineup you have to wait in whether you’re picking up a prescription or paying for alcohol swabs which for some strange reason are hidden behind the counter. Service is impersonal and slow. Workers never seem pleasant nor willing to help out. You get the feeling it’s a factory where pharmacists never look up from counting. Prescription filling fees are lower here than in other stores though so if you can stand the lack of service and long waits, get prescriptions here
L	Lynne Fedorick (CPDT-KA) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 30 minutes in line to drop off a prescription at the Courtenay BC Costco. Then had to wait for 1 hour to pick up. When I went to pick up they told me they didn’t have the correct medication. They had my phone number and they could have called me at any time instead of wasting my time. So then I had to get my prescription back. I had to go in another lineup and wait 45 minutes to pick up the prescription so I could take it elsewhere. When I got to the front of that line, the pharmacist/clerk informed me it was time for her break and left. So 15 minutes later another clerk showed up and gave me the prescription back. Really shamefully bad service.
