I will be a regular customer now.
Checked everthing to see if it needed attention and they advised me before work began. Other repair shops can learn from Euromasters' example!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric and his family gave amazing service when I rolled in with an unknown issue (check engine light). They were able to get my civic fixed and running in 3 hours on a Saturday morning. Even gave me a ride home while I waited. I really appreciate their service and would highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My relationship with Team EuroMasters started 4-months ago when a kind Samaritan stopped to help me on a side road. He highly recommended them. I had recently arrived in Stratford and finding a reputable and qualified mechanic was not on my to do list.
Right from the moment I made the call to the end of the service provided, Eric and his Team, did not disappoint. They made suggestions. They sourced and bought quality parts and made the repairs in a timely manner. They even provided shuttle service to and from the garage.
EuroMasters may be a small auto service centre and the quality of the service they provide is extraordinary, remarkable, excellent, unsurpassable, and exceptional!
For as long as I’m in Stratford they are my go-to auto service centre. Thank you very much Eric, Kevin, Terri, and Elena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, attempting to get blood from a stone in making things up that were wrong with my car that in fact weren't. My own Mechanic was just too busy to get us in and we thought we would try this place. I wish I never bothered. I know the ins and outs of cars but work a ton and didn't have the time either. My car maybe needed $300 in work and received a quote for almost $2000. Awful way to take advantage of people. Will never ever return and will take my business elsewhere and recommend that my family and friends also do so. Just poor business ethic and when I was apprenticing to become a Mechanic I vowed never to do this to others to make quick money. It's sad that shops out there still exist.
Went somewhere else and like I thought didn't need 1000s in suspension work that they claimed it needed. Just like the first shop I went to out of town said. Funny how 3 separate mechanics said the same thing and this place wanted to replace anything under the sun
