★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my car that it didn’t start for an hour. So I took it to Midas and told them about the problem and asked them to fix it. I even shown them the fault indicators that were shown on the dashboard earlier when I tried to start my car. The mechanic told me that it was because the connecting wires of the battery were loose and need to put copper fillings to tighten them. I agreed to that. It was just a few minutes work, but they made me wait for an hour and charged me 110 dollars (25$ for copper fillings, 65$ Labor charge).
I would have been happier if it worked. But the next day my car didn’t start again.
My concern is not about the money, but it is about the poor service they offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technical team at Midas demonstrated professional service especially considering I'm driving a BMW i3 which requires specialized technical knowledge. It's really great to have a local dependable service source as an alternate to the dealership...and much more affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on Tuesday afternoon to explain my new muffler noise. Brian sorted me an appointment out for Wed am. I sat and waited and the mechanic came and explained I had rusted a bolt and a plate had come loose. I appreciated their honesty and prompt service! Great place!

Midas staff got me in quickly and gave me accurate quotes and the work was done in a timely fashion. They answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer . I will definitely be using their services again
