B	Bahar Ay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had G test today. My examiner was a fat and blonde woman. I've been in Canada for 4 years and I have never had any accident and ticket. I got my g2 driver's license in the 2nd week of my arrival in Canada. I got it on the first test without any mistake. However, I couldn't pass the G test 4 times although I didn't make the mistakes they told me. They are liars. Unfortunately I can't prove myself because they don’t allow camera at the car. I really can't understand why they lied. I think they feel like the prime minister and it is satisfying to use the power they get in this way. Even prime ministers are more humble. Interetsing..

I failed because she was running an hour late & needed to get herself back on track, I never even got the chance to start the car and leave the lot! This location was amazing! No one was pushy, rude or in a rush, even if behind. People were not waiting in huge line ups outside & not waiting hours. The instructor was amazing, explained everything & was very polite. This experience was 1 million times better ♡ definitely recommend this location!

I was treated SO poorly 2 days in a row and denied to write my M1 with no reasoning. I highly recommend driving the extra hour + to avoid these individuals.
J	Jennifer Derrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just took both of my sons in to write their tests to get their license. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. The women behind the counter was not helpful. Not friendly. Not professional at all. We gave 5 pieces of ID that we had for my son so he could write his test. She just kept sliding then back to us. I said is this not acceptable? She just said no. No reasoning at all. We had his bank card with signature, his health card, his birth certificate, mail with his name and address on it, everything we had Still it was no good. Then when my other son went to write she was very short with him making him even more nervous. Then when it came time to pay she just said put your card in. He asked how much it was and she said again put your card in. He asked again. I just want to know what I'm paying and again she just said put your card in. Then to do the eye exam she didn't say, ok now were going to do the eye exam. In a stern voice she just said so can you read?? It was a horrible experience for both of my sons. I don't know what her name was except that her initials were B.A. Totally unprofessional. It was never this difficult when I went to write a test. Truly disappointed in the customer service. If you're going to be int that kind of a job be happy, be professional, be helpful!!!! If I could put zero start out of 5 I would have

I arrived about 25 minutes early for my test, checked in on the computer by the door (SUPER easy and intuitive) and waited for a very short time. My examiner—I regret forgetting her name, she was a younger blonde woman—came promptly and was super friendly, and she was able to put my very anxious mind at ease within a couple of minutes. All the instructions I got throughout my test were clear and given well in advance, and I am very proud to say I passed! I have no complaints from this visit nor from my G2 test in 2019.

He understood how nervous I was and tried to make me relax and encouraged me and also gave me a clear instructions in advance. What a wonderful experience! He was a great examiner I have never seen before!
