★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older male Drive test instructor was very rude and didn’t even introduce himself. No one deserves to be treated like that. Waste of time, waste of money, and waste of gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put a damn local number up at the DriveTest center instead of 800 number. Got to a automated machine telling as of November 23rd all appointments are cancelled due to Covid. My appointment was on the November 26th. Lady at the DriveTest never heard of anything like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling from Thunder Bay today to reach Kenora for a drive test. The full 'G' test was cancelled and no one let me know about it until I reached there. I took a day off from work (unpaid), drove for 5 and half hours just to get this news. It was very unfortunate. I did follow all the quarantine for protocols in Thunder Bay for the last 14 days without stepping outside just to make it safe for everyone. I do not have any complaints against the staff who works there as I know they are following the protocols. But I am very disappointed with drivetest. At the least they should inform me well in advance and also help me to reschedule the next test so that I don't have to wait again for months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems pretty ridiculous that this organization is so backed up that they are booking into 2024. Bad news if you wanted to get a drivers license who is in charge over there? In an effort to serve you better they have reduced their operating hours to just be open 6 hrs a day 4 days per week thats just 24 hrs per week. The so called management should be fired. The organization should lose the lucrative government contract and it should be awarded to an organization that can deliver the service.
