Outstanding service! We went into AMA and was pleasantly surprised at how the employees thoroughly sanitized the workstation after each customer. (This is during Covid-19 so sanitization is important.) The employee was very knowledgeable and was fast and efficient.

Used the travel agent, very helpful. There is also a registry here and an air compressor for filling tires.

Great service. Helped me with an Alberta Health renewal and address change, driver's licence and registration address change for two people and a few vehicles, and was it was all flawlessly done. The customer service rep also had a fun sense of humour and kept us laughing while he was processing our paperwork.

I was there at 445pm and they were already closed when the website clearly says they were open to 530pm. Its not complicated to change the hours on google- Do it all the time for the business I work at. Do you need help with it? I will show you how to do it.

Excellent Service by Kelly Dibben in travel. She is a complete pro at her job. Planning travel through Covid times is a little stressful but she made everything easy. If you are going to travel go through Kelly!

I recently took my Advanced Class 5 road test in Lethbridge Alberta so I could get a job. Firstly, I want to commend the staff altogether for making an environment for me to feel less nervous and more comfortable. Particularly the lady at the desk, and my driving examiner. I wish that I got the dark haired lady at the desk’s name, but she was so wonderful when I didn’t have the correct registration with me and fixed it immediately. She kept me calm when I thought it was over before it even started, and continued to do so after everything was fixed. I want to give you the biggest kudos for being so wonderful in that moment. Now when I first started chatting with the examiner, Scott, he was warm and welcoming and explained things so clearly and calmed me when I was still feeling nervous. During my examination he had chatted with me and acted as though we didn’t just meet. All in all, I was very lucky to have him be my examiner, he is incredible. I will always suggest AMA for the road tests, and anything beyond that. My experience there topped any experience I have had at any other registry.

Horrifying experience and a huge headache created over a simple transaction to insure a vehicle. I cannot even begin the decipher the absolute joke I was told by the employee here when I dropped in to insure a new vehicle. I am sure she is still as confused now as we both were after she got off the phone with the underwriter. No changes to my record, policy, or status as we went through all the regular motions. I was then told by her, after she got off the phone, that AMA is no longer willing to insure me for comprehensive or collision but is “still willing to insure my vehicle” as they can offer third party insurance…. I had to get her to repeat that and then ask “so you really aren’t offering me insurance without comprehensive or collision, are you?” She stuck to the script and said they were, as she began writing out a cancellation policy for me! I was legitimately stunned. She had no explanation nor would she write on the cancellation policy why it was being cancelled… I had to indicate “other reason” as I was still unaware what was happening. I asked if there was anyone else who can help. I was given the business card for a manager named “Tyler” as he wasn’t willing to come over. Thank you for that. Nearly a year worth of business, paid in full, and I come in to insure a new vehicle and get blindsided and forced into a cancellation. I felt like a criminal the way things went down. Thanks for the good folks at Chaparral who were there to help later that day. Good riddance AMA… I have never been treated so poorly by a service provider.
