★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gave us the worst customer service experience I have ever seen in my entire life. The one and only employee who works there was just miserable, constantly complaining about how stressful her job is. If you go to this place for anything, take the day off from work because you won’t make it back in time. If you travel from out of town for here, you better get a hotel. We will be taking the little extra time it takes to go to kenora from now on. Will never go back to the Dryden location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to get your G1? Don't go here. You'll have the privilege of getting all of your paperwork out of the way, only to be stopped taking your test because your signature doesn't match the one on your Photo ID Card! Did you know signatures can evolve and that Photo IDs are sometimes squished? I went to Service Ontario to get my signature verified and they provided the paperwork needed to prove that my signature is indeed mine. Service Ontario agreed that the MTO does not have the jurisdiction to deny me the right to take a knowledge test because my signature is "definitely the same". I went back to the drive centre and was once again told that Service Ontario has no place to speak to the practices at the drive test centre and my signature is nowhere near close. So, to make a stupidly long story short, if you want to get your G1 here, you won't. You'll just get a slap in your face from a grumpy employee who will tell you to "Drive Safe" (without a license) on your way out. 0/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to the call centre and phone. You cannot call the Dryden location directly. Terrible service on phone. Didn’t know how long the test took, didn’t explain the necessary ID documents. Not really sure what they are there to assist with. Must drive there and only open 3 days a week and closed for lunch lol
