I went here for my G1 test today at around 11 am and after registration, they told me to stay in the room until my name was called if I passed the test. So, I followed their instructions and stayed in the room until my name was called, since I passed the test. A lady at station 9 called my name and told me to wait behind the customers who were at station 8 and then I would be served. I waited until they were finished and I stood at station 8 expecting to be served. Instead, the lady at station 8 with grey hair, glasses and a ponytail told me that no one called my number or my name. I explained to her that the lady who was beside her before, had called my name and told me to exit the room to wait at this station. She kept denying it, as she may have been busy with another customer, but then the communication between them should've been better. Even people who passed after I had finished my test were already getting called with no issues. I had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes in the testing/waiting area just for them to call me AGAIN. Thankfully, one of the workers had recognized that I had been sitting there for awhile and served me, but asides that terrible service! Please improve.

They understand it's a stressful day for most of people who are taking the test and they organize the lines with a smile (behind the mask). For the test itself (a full G exit), my examiner was a very calm gentleman, he came on time and explained the process to me before we start. And gave me directions ahead of time so I won't be stressed out while driving. It was a very positive experience :)
G	Gloria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PLACE EVER! The staff is so rude without a reason. I came in to do my G1 for the first time and the lady at the desk had an attitude for no reason. I have social anxiety so even going in the first place was very difficult but this experience draws me back even more. I would understand if my behaviour was negative that she would be frustrated however that was not the case at all! I presented myself nicely and with manners. Till a certain extent I understood that she might just be having a bad day but when she comment negatively on my looks because of my race that was when she crossed the line. I in my entire life have never gone anywhere where the staff commented negatively on my looks or the staff had an attitude for no reason when the guest is behaving nicely. In 2022 I always thought that people generally have changed their minds and treat everyone with respect regardless of race however unfortunately I am wrong. I I wish I had noted the lady’s name so I could call her out on her behaviour. This place needs to reevaluate their staff ASAP.
M	María Stella Aragno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been the most traumatic experience ever!!!! The place it's ok, the lady at the door, very nice. I was more than ready for my G driving test. When the examiner came, he was half an hour late! He was the most rude and nasty person ever! His mood was terrible!!! I couldn't even know his name as I was shocked at the way he was treating me. He shouted at me at least three times during the exam! Two times before he entered the car, without any excuse for that, He was just not looking and he was asking twice for something I have already done!! He shouted at me, really rudely on a left turn, telling me to keep on my lane, when on my right, there was a long container trailer making a very wide turn. I checked everything, all my mirrors, my blind spots, front, backwards and no car was behind or near me. So I slowed down to let the truck go since it was uncertain of his movement .Due to the amount of snow on the side of the roads, the lanes were narrow and better be safe than sorry... He wasn't looking at the whole thing and he started shouting at me.I tried to explain and it was worse!!! He was god and I was his servant, for god sake!!!... He has no idea of the meaning of rights and duties! He failed me for no reason. He told me..."go", like talking to a dog, no to a lady. I'm an experienced driver and this person shouldn't be working there. I will make a formal complaint to Service Ontario, to allow me to go for my G test again!!! That is my right! HR SK Agencies
C	Christian Adiwinata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passed my G2 Road test in here. I was with an examiner (R**n) that is a very competent, welcome, humble, and enthusiast person. He can encourage and not underestimate the examinee. Hope to see him again for my children and spouse examination. In addition, the front staffs and the locket staff, there are all discipline in health measurement and are able to answer questions from customers or examinees. Keep up the good work for him and all the staffs there ?
L	Liana J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my G1, G2, and G here. Luckily all passed on first try. All the people I talked to here were very nice. Especially the examiners I had for G2 and G. Both were very chill and didn’t make me nervous. Maybe I was just fortunate I had them as my examiners. Especially my examiner for G this past December. We turned to a road that had ice (previous day it had snowed) and because she was chill and just told me to be careful (as she didn’t know that road was icy), I didn’t become nervous at all about driving on it. It also helped that I drove all the time when I got my G2 cause of my job. So from my experiences, this drive test centre was excellent all around. Thumbs up from me.

My examiner was so friendly and open yet very professional and on point regarding to safety rules and directions! made. She definitely made this experience so smooth; she encouraged me and literally helped me relax. I wish all other examiners realize the power of being supportive to the students during their test rather than bringing their nerves up. Thank you so much for all the work you do!

She gave me instructions in advance which was helpful. She wasn't rude at all or made me feel rushed during the exam. I wish all examiners were like her. Thank you for the amazing experience and great input!
