Everyone has different experience however I am sharing my experience at this location. All staff members, from greeting you at the door to the counter and the examiner were absolutely amazing and helpful. I would like to specially recognize Nicole. She is very professional, compassionate and gives you genuine and helpful feedback. Nicole you Rock! I would also like to say thank you to the awesome lady that was at window #24 on January 11, 2022. I am so sorry, I couldn't get her name but you know who you are and thank you for doing a great job.

How do I describe the harassment I faced today at the hands of my driving examiner? It was a young south Asian lady with colored brownish hair. She never introduced herself and so I don't know her name but I will never forget the way she made me feel today - absolutely stressed out! Let me clarify here that I have close to 10 years of driving experience and while I am eligible for a G test, I decided to be extra careful and give the G2 test first. But what I did not expect was that while I was told to follow all rules and signs, the examiner sitting next to me would forget all manners of etiquette and professionalism. She yelled at me repeatedly, let out loud sighs and even snatched the steering out of my hands to "steer" in the right direction(I was changing to the left turning lane). She threatened to stop the test at one point. I kept saying sorry hoping to lessen her irritation of me. I insisted that I was ardently listening to all of her instructions and I would move/stop only when she instructed. She said I was being too argumentative. By this time I was on the verge of tears. Finally the test ended and she scolded me some more before telling me that I haven't passed the test. Maybe I did do a unsatisfactory job at the test. Maybe I wasn't up to mark and she was right to fail me. But was she right to yell at me? Harass me? Make rude comments at me? Hassle me the way she did? No one is asking the examiner to go easy but reading the other reviews, I think we are all collectively looking for some professionalism and kindness.

I came to this Drive Test Centre on 27th January, 6:16PM . To give a G1 test. It was a great experience. I wanted to thank the beautiful lady that greeted and assisted me.she was just as welcoming and quick to attend to my paperwork. Approximately, just in 10mins I had done my test. Thank you so much.I forgot her name. The lady who assisted me was very soft spoken and the process was very well organized. You don't have to take any appointments for the G1 test.

Pretty crowded, but highly streamlined. Went in with necessary documents by 1:30pm, had a waiting time of 30 minutes, was out with my G1 license by 3:00pm. Staff are very courteous and helpful.

A long line up feels like in a third world country. Shame to Mr.Trudeau. The driver has a medical certificate to submit, takes 4 and half hours. around 100plus customers waiting outside by the wall.only 5 counters working out of 25. No vote for Mr. Trudeau no More liberal and P.C, there is a clerk named radhiya . I asked that you should have an extra window then the customer can see you and also if you just post a sign at the written test area that the phone should be turned off then you may not have to argue with customers. She said I don't wanna see customers here.

Out of 25 only 5 windows were open during peak hours. Employees are discriminate among minorities, very unprofessional, speaks rudely and screams for asking simple questions. I wonder if they will accept same behaviour when they visit somewhere for any service. At least maintain minimum standard to treat people with respect.

Excellent service. Went to exchange my US DL and the entire process went smooth. If you are moving from certain US states you need to provide the driving abstract from DMV/BMV and you need surrender US driving license. Went on Saturday and the crowd was heavy still the lines were moving fast.

This location was easy to find. Lots of signage everywhere telling you where to go and park. Once I was inside of the building, I didn’t know where to go or who to talk to. I just made a guess and signed in at a kiosk that asked me some basic questions about my visit and gave me a number. It wasn’t too busy IF you have the LUXURY of coming in M-F in the morning. As you can see from my photo, there was PLENTY of seating and it was very quiet (and this is just one side of the seating area). There were about 10-12 staff working and taking numbers (but that’s a rough estimate as I didn’t actually count). I arrived at 9:30am and left by 10am sharp. I was there to do a foreign driver license exchange and it was a quick and easy process if you have all your documents, which I looked up online and prepared the night before. My only complaint (which isn’t really a complaint) is that the staff member I was working with was a bit soft spoken. It was hard to hear her especially through her mask and a glass window so I had to keep asking if she could repeat her last statement as it was hard to hear her. My only critique is to have staff members speak up just a little bit as I can’t imagine how difficult it might be for those who actually do have a hearing impairment. Waiting is part of the game so plan ahead of time. Other than that, great services!
