Our most recent opportunity to work with Vishal involved a complicated sale, where we faced some challenges in the final few days before closing. Despite the complexity and difficulty of this situation, Vishal guided us very well through the unexpected challenges with great composure and understanding, when we often felt out of our depths. He also dealt very efficiently with the other party's lawyer as well as the realtor.
The deal closing involved a difficult negotiation with the other party which Vishal carried out very efficiently, resulting in significant savings for us overall. Vishal took into account our longer term interests when handling the delicate legal issues. At the same time, he also appreciated and understood the needs of the other party involved and brought all parties to a mutually acceptable settlement.
