It’s a shame that we are moving back to Ontario because I highly doubt we will come across people in the industry that are just like the guys at Forman Mazda. One thing that stood out about our main salesperson, Jody, was his integrity. He trusted us and took us seriously right off the bat before knowing we were upfront buyers. He was authentic and that made it so easy for us to communicate with him. Thank you, Jody! Allan finished the sale for Jody since we came and picked up our car earlier than said (Jody wasn’t in) - which they accommodated right away without issues. Allan was so friendly and polite! We appreciated that he took the time to get to know us just as he would if we were his sale. He was genuinely happy to help us. The finance manager, Tyler, was the best way to end the transaction! He shared his own experiences of when he was in our shoes back then. He made the entire payment process easy for us and gave us the keys with his best wishes at the end of the appointment. Hands down the best service we’ve had at a car dealership! We are in love with our Mazda SUV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not thrilled with Mazda Canada as a company. There are a lot of issues with buying a new car that is fresh in the market.
Although the staff get you in right away, the guys who owns the dealership is great. Over all I'm just disappointed in the brand and lack of features. It's flashy and a nice color a d luxurious to the eye ball. However not completely user friendly or as advanced as it projects.
Really it's an old model car with a different trim. Once all the kinds are worked out after a couple months it's a rust bucket and horrible sounding machine just like everything else.

Jody was a pleasure to deal with. He knows his data but also knows when to let the vehicle speak for itself. He willingly stayed late while we finished the purchase. Tyler was a pleasure to deal with. He was very efficient but we also had a great and entertaining time. We appreciated being able to get everything sorted out in one trip as we drove for an hour and a half! Thank you very much for your kindness and for a job well done.
