Had a lot of anxiety for over two weeks worrying about many things, but rest assured, there was nothing to worry about. The car was waiting for me in immaculate condition... like brand new. Made me feel really good picking it up. These folks know how to take care of the customer. I will definitely be bringing my cars back here in the future. Thanks Cosmos Collision! I would highly recommend Cosmos and to deal with Arlan. The front shop admin staff, very pleasant, including one of the cutest dogs I have ever seen.

I was super happy yet again with the work carried out on my 2012 Audi A4, yes I’m the kind of customer that’ll go over my repairs as I was once in the trade and expect nothing but the best . This’s the 3rd time I’ve used Cosmo and going forwards I’m at the point now where I won’t even need to check their work as it’s always 100%. The paintwork was perfect and car was cleaned and immaculate upon collection. You do pay a little bit more than other shops but given that they only use the genuine oem materials i.e. screws, clips, panels and anything else your vehicle came with is worth the extra dollars. Locs promise to me a few years ago was that your vehicle will be repaired to the standard it left the factory. No truer words spoken. I strongly recommend Cosmo to anyone that cares about their vehicle. Thanks again guys and best wishes for 2022.
H	Hana P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book an appointment for a quote for my vehicle. My insurance told me to go to any body shop that i prefer so i search for the best body shop in calgary. I found cosmos with a lot of beautiful reviews so i thought to give them a call. I spoke with Marjery and I asked her to if i can come in for a quote for the damage on my car. She keeps saying that my insurance is the one who do the estimate even though i told her many times that my insurance told me to pick the body shop that i want. She's very rude and sarcastic. Maybe the shop is good but I think they still need to work with customer service especially the receptionist.

Their estimator Arlan explained that the vehicle would essentially require a entire front end repaint for what was a couple of minor scratches. He suggested I go to the dealer, grab a touch up pen and bring it back and the team at Cosmos would do it for me. They did this for me and did not charge me a penny, which exudes the class of this place. I’m so grateful because I probably would have messed it up and not only that they saved me thousands of dollars for what would have been a waste of money. Thanks to everyone at Cosmos! Appreciate you guys!

From my first call to Marjorie, I felt well taken care of. She had arranged a tow directly from my house to their shop within 30 minutes of first correspondence. From the moment my car arrived, email correspondence from Marjorie was quick and easy. Within a few days, I received a full estimate along with pictures of each and every damaged part from Ken. Ken insisted every part ordered for my car was OEM, which is a massive detail when it comes to resale value to insure the highest level of quality. Throughout the entire process, Ken updated me every step of the way towards completion of my vehicle. From when parts were ordered, when they arrived, painted and re installed. As per usual, the finished product was perfection. To all the technicians in the shop, thank you! To Ken, thank you for yet again turning an unfortunate situation of my car being wrecked into a seamless process. To Marjorie, thank you for being prompt and efficient. Not to mention, Ken stayed 30 minutes late on a Friday to ensure I had enough time to get to their shop and pick my car up before the weekend. Now that is called exceptional customer service. Cosmos will be the only shop I ever trust to take care of my vehicle!

From the office staff to the the people who do the actual work, the staff at Cosmo Collision are efficient, professional, responsive and expert. After repairing my car, they took it to the dealership to ensure the blind spot detection sensors were properly adjusted. They also detailed my car prior to returning it to me. I won’t hesitate to take my car to Cosmo Collision again, nor should you!
