Nous avons acheté une maison au mois de décembre avec des produits encore sous garantie. Nous les avons contacté 4 fois depuis 2 mois et nous attendons toujours que quelqu'un nous rappelle pour intervenir. Ma garantie de termine en juin prochain et il semblerait qu'on essaie de gagner du temps pour ne pas prendre mon problème en charge....
I have to put 1 star to publish my message but none would have been more appropriate!
We bought a house in December with products still under warranty. We have contacted them 4 times in the past 2 months and we are still waiting for someone to call us back to intervene. My guarantee ends next June and it seems that we are trying to save time not to take care of my problem ....
