★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office team were pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions and the price point was quite acceptable. The installers were on time, efficient and did a great job including a thorough clean up. Will definitely have them back for future jobs.

I gave my deposit for a door handle. I waited a month and had to phone them because I hadn't heard anything. They then told me that it was on the next truck. Fast forward another 4 weeks and numerous emails and I finally had my door hardware. When I picked it up at their office I recieved no gratitude for my patience. No apologies for the fact that they clearly forgot my order until I got on the phone with them.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, their team of installers are experienced and professional and they offer a wide variety of quality products to choose from. We LOVE our Vinytek windows and Codel front door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had our windows replaced by Complete Windows. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Eric and his team. On the last day of construction, shortly after the workers left I noticed that something wasn’t right and after a quick phone call they were back and fixed the issue right away. I am very happy with the windows and the service. I would give 5 stars but they did leave a bunch of nails and garbage in our yard we had to clean up the next day.
