Being first time RV owner’s we had a great experience dealing with Kody Milne at Oceanside RV. He assisted us in the purchase of a used fifth wheel model that fit our family perfectly for relocating To Quadra Island from Calgary Alberta. Kody even went above protocol and used his personal connections to have the RV delivered and set up at the resort we selected for a minimal fee. Thanks Kody, we sure do appreciate all your help. And our family is adjusting well to our new island life living.

Kody was a great resource and very accommodating. Quick to find answers to our questions and was very helpful passing along info remotely to help ensure we were all set with our tow setup before we arrived to pickup our new trailer. Just bought a mid '90's class B. Kody was great to work with. Buying an older unit is not without risks. The 151 inspection and the subsequent repairs was very helpful. Kody was right there responding to all my questions all the way through and took a lot of time showing us how everything worked, the "flaws" and explaining what Harris would continue to be responsible for because we couldn't text it (water, hot water.) before we closed. Great guy with a good sense of humour. Highly recommended.

I bought my RV at Arbtus Coutenay then I had moved 3.5 hours away to where there was no one to do warranty repairs and called back for help and was treated terribly! I called to speak to the manager and he didn't even listen to me and he was very rude and put me on hold then transferred me to the service department without speaking to me any further. I felt that because I was a single female that they had zero respect for me. When it came time for me to sell my trailer 1.5 years later, one of the sales members' was going to charge me a 30% consignment fee and I received awful customer service. I gave him my address to mail out my consignement documents and he had my phone number but then I didnt hear back from him for weeks only to find out he was mailing my documents to an address from 1.5years ago!! He didnt call me back when he said he would so I looked up another, better place to consign my trailer. I had paid in full for my RV at Arbutus and as soon as I walked out the door, they didn't care about any of my trailer concerns and new potential buyers came first as they had told me they were too busy. Then, I found Oceanside RV consignment in Parksville and read the reviews. I was impressed with the comments and Kody Milne seemed like a great choice to sell with. I called Oceanside RV and was in luck as Kody was going to help me. Right from the start, Kody was respectful and his customer service skills are some of THE BEST I've ever experienced! The flow of communication was seemless and he kept me updated with everything I needed to know. After only 4 days my trailer had a potential buyer!! Everything on my trailer had been kept up and was in excellent condition. Plus his consignment rate was excellent and MUCH less than the shotty Arbutus Coutenay dealership. Kody Milne gave 100% respect towards me. Kody is amazing and I sugesst if anyone is looking y for a perfect RV/home away from home, or any other vehicle or even just simply selling, that you call for Kody and tell him what you are looking for. It may not be on the website, but Kody has such great service excellence skills that his stock turn over is fast and he may just have what you need before it's even advertised so give him a call!! The new owners have my lovely, well cared for RV that I sold to move, so I was willing to give a great price for the RV Kody is a superstar and a pillar of the North Island communities. He will put you and your needs first and confidently ensure you get only THE BEST service that you deserve. I completely trust Kody and I knew from the first coversation we had that he was true to his word, a man that would drop everything to help me. Also the fellow that picked up my trailer, a 7 hour round trip, was excellent and super friendly. He drove my 30 foot trailer to Oceanside RV with care. Thank you Kody at Oceanside RV! We picked up this beauty from kody at Oceanside through consignment. We had a couple small hiccups through the process admittedly mostly my fault haha. But kody and the rest of the staff at Oceanside were fantastic to deal with. Kody even lined up transport to the first site for us. Thanks guys and gals. Honest sales people are hard to find but Kody is one of them!
