What an improvment -happy smiling staff 100% improvement with walk in traffic service. Should receive most improved business award for Vancouver island New owners immediate impact. Food quality " Big improvement". Hopefully they will be able to attract good staff. The staff left there seem to be doing their best. Best of luck.
T	Tanya Hazen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and usually good service.Asked for Everything Bagel to be toasted twice as one toasting is just warm but not brown.Also to be buttered with cream cheese.I did not realise twice toasted=charcoal.Can not believe a staff member would even wrap this up and serve it..See picture below, it went into the bin
N	No. 14 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this Tim Hortons for years and even worked there for a long time and not only are the old mangers super unorganized and rude to the employees but, the new owner overworks the staff and underpays them. It is a very unprofessional environment and they have no regard for the employees health and livelihoods. Also, it very unclean! I found a rat in the back and thousands ants. All in all not a great experience and all though it has had its perks I would not recommend working or going here
A	Amy K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t know how to prioritize the two drive thru line ups. We had an online order and the other lane moved so fast there were cars that arrived 5 minutes after us that were ahead of us in line. Skip the line and walk in or just don’t go at all.

There must have been 7 or 8 staff in there talking to each other and serving only the drive threw. At one point I was standing at the till and it took my asking for help 5 times, before a staff member finally asked me what I wanted. Then they made my coffee wrong.
D	David Cliffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three of us went in... stood in line for about 4 min. Staff is busy and crazy , but everyone was doing their job and got through it. Coffee was hot and Tim bits not to bad. Grab a cream chocolate chill to go ! It was awesome ?.

Fantastic coffee ( but way too hot to hold the cup) , delicious muffins and good food. Staff were so sweet and kind voiced. I asked for ice ( too cool my coffee) , the gal never asked why or batted an eye, she said yes and i ed got it for me. The gal at the til was very cheery. Made us customers feel welcomed and valued. Great job staff, keep it up. At that time you all were very busy yet your atmosphere behind the counter seemed to be rushing obviously but you all seemed calm and collective.No yelling at one another , seemed in good spirits, no loud voices at all actually like in many other fast food places . Your working well together, helping one another and very hard work is noticed.
