I am extremely happy with the service that I received at Family Ford in Parksville Bc. and I will continue to seek service at this location for our vehicles.
r	robert head on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to the island a year ago, with my new(ish) Ford Ecosport. I love the car, but had been ... underwhelmed by the dealership I bought it from.... I discovered Family Ford in Parksville. I have been so pleased with their service I asked them to put their license plate frame on the car. Their service is always spot on. I was even once given a courtesy rental car - I live just down the road, and thought this was way above and beyond. The car is always cleaned spotlessly when it is finished being serviced. I had bought an extended warranty for my car, when it was new, which was expensive, but gave me a peace of mind that I wanted where I used to live (remote area). The extended warranty is about to end, however I look forward to continuing with the same level of car care myself, working with Family Ford. I have owned a lot of cars, new and antiques. My oldest Ford was my 1911 Ford Model T Torpedo. I am a Ford guy. And Family Ford is my goto Ford dealership.

As a added bonus my car was detailed and I have to say that the detail was immaculate! They did an absolutely fabulous job on my car inside and outside and even topped up my gas! I have been with Ford for eight years now and I’m very happy with the turnaround and customer service thank you very much I appreciate the gas especially in these times! Shiny & smells new!

Thanks to Tom Marchand and the whole team including Chris who talked us through the financial issues and Deb who was so welcoming, even to Joey, our Yorkie. The dealership is well named, everyone on the team was friendly and helpful. We love the truck, Tom was right, it’s perfect for us. Even the colour is great.

An appointment was set up for me to bring my truck in the following week. A day before the appointment I was called and advised that the parts were not in stock. I believe that the 'right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing'. Because I hadn't heard for a couple of months I called and was told the parts are now in. I set up an appointment, I don't have any complaints regarding the service, but what I am unhappy about was the condition the truck was returned to me . The drivers side stepping bar and floor mat was covered in mud. I would think that any automobile service centre would return the vehicle to the customer in the same condition it was received or better. I was asked if I require any servicing and I asked what the price was for an oil change. I chose to decline due to the price. I went across the street to your competitors and was quoted a price of $25.00 cheaper than your business. I am sorry to say I will not be using your services any longe

Most recently I picked up my “gorgeous” Iced Blue Silver Metallic 2022 Escape Titanium and am absolutely thrilled with my new purchase! Chris, Family Fords representative did an amazing job catering to all of my questions with answers that I wanted to hear. He made this buying experience a very good one if not the easiest I have ever experienced. Even though I live in Vancouver, I will come out to Family ford again in beautiful Parksville to buy my next Ford. Thanks again Chris and Family Ford!
