★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the first time I have purchased a new vehicle, but it is the first time I have been treated so well. The personnel at the dealership made me fell welcomed and appreciated. No fuss, no haggling or hidden fees; I couldn't ask for a better place to buy a vehicle. I definitely recommend Parksville Chrysler . PS. I have not been asked for this review, nor received any benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday we got a 2019 truck from here. Daniel was the salesman, he is super friendly and helpful. Our first deal with this dealership went very well. Kevin was super friendly as well.
Even talked with Bruce the owner , he was super friendly as well.
I changed my rating to 2 stars , I don't think we we will deal with this dealership again.
Went to see about my passenger door not locking with key fob. Always had to push knob down to lock. Thought it would have been covered under warranty or because was a safety issue. But the service department charged me $101 just to adjust the alignment to lock with fob. So for other customers make sure you ask if it's covered under warranty before they do any work on your vehicle. This was second time bringing it in for the lock issue. First time they just changed battery in the fob and try to charge me over $80 just to change the battery. This still didn't fix my locking issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past I've had issues with this dealership ( Management / Owners) But the people who work there are Great, very helpful and friendly. The service is Good and the Body shop is awesome, and not many dealerships even have a body shop. I'd recommend this business to everyone. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service dept investigated and repaired an issue with the 2016 minivan I had bought from another (unaffiliated) dealership 3 days previously. 100% satisfied with all aspects of the experience with Chrysler. (Someone even got a bowl of water for my dog while we were waiting!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just brought a used 2010 Jeep Patriot for my first car! The dealership was fantastic, was always fast with replying to emails, worked around my schedule and everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. Could not recommend this dealership any higher, keep up the great work!

I tried both Jeep dealers in Victoria and each could not find a Wrangler that met my expectations and fit my budget.
After one email and a fast response, the Parksville Chrysler team did — Boom — Done deal!
And just look at this beautiful Jeep. I’m one happy customer.
Worth the drive up from Victoria in the winter to get the exact Wrangler I was looking for, and I was welcomed at the door, by name, with our new JLU waiting for me.

I thought I would just drop you a line and say how happy I am with the
purchase of my new 2022 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve, and how professional
Daniel my salesman was. I had sent Daniel an email to set up an appointment
to view this Jeep, I picked him in particular as every time I was in for
service Daniel took the time to just say hi, that goes a long way. The
purchase of this vehicle was a very good experience with this dealership:
from Kevin who wrote the cheque as I figured somehow I would screw it up
with all those numbers, even Liz (ICBC) was a character, and of course
Daniel who was a no pressure salesman who answered all of my questions.
