★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, this guy has ripped off so many people!!! Anyone I've spoke to that has dealt with them have said stay FAR AWAY! He pressures people, talks down to women, was caught lying by 3 mechanic shops and the VSA.
He sold my friend a truck for what we found out later was about $4,000 over value and significantly more then that once it was inspected. The very next day a mechanic looked at the truck and the rear differential needed to be completely replaced, three different dealerships confirmed the diff needing replacing and that there was ZERO way they didn't know, PLUS the rear brakes were metal on metal (DANGEROUS), the inspection had so many things check as good but were very much not! The bill was around $4,000 and she keeps having stuff go wrong with the truck including dying on the highway!
He refused to do anything for her or refund any money, he didn't even offer to fix anything for his cost, he wouldn't even acknowledge the faults even after statements from the mechanics.
This guys is scummy and his dealership should be shut down! After further inspection the VSA has many complaints against this dealership.

I am so glad we stayed local. And I am tickled pink with my 'new-to-me' vehicle and the extra services you threw in. You guys rock! I highly recommend this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having just crossed over on the ferry to start our new venture here on the island, we needed a car and with the very high rates for rentals, we needed one fast!! A very helpful employee at Budget told us about Shannon Motors and I'm so thankful because wow, what a great place to buy a vehicle!! Steve, our salesman was so accommodating and definitely not pushy like you hear about some car dealership guys! My husband really wanted one of their pickup trucks which put us over budget and Steve was kind enough to take a litle bit of money off the price that had already been reduced so that helped a little!! All of their vehicles were in great shape and we were able to pick the truck up at noon the next day!!!
Thanks to everyone at Shannon Motors, you are an example to other dealerships of how to run a great shop!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very happy with my overall purchase experience. After I bought the vehicle and contacted them to ask more questions or have them do repairs they ignored me completely. They just want your money and put on a friendly face during the whole process, then become jerks afterwards. Classic dealership thing of them to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold me a Vehicle with so many issues that I am now having to get rid of it and get into something else when I can hardly afford it. Camshaft was about to go when I bought it and head gasket and alternator was well. Bought the car for $6000 and have had to put $3000 into in less then a year. Horrible company to buy a car from! Do not buy from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my truck in and I told the owner that the problem was in the rear differential, he proceeded to test it and told me multiple times over different days that he found the problem and it was actually my steering rack. Which was a $1500 repair.. the parts they sourced for my repair failed one after another leading me to think they were getting them from a scrap yard. After all was done they gave me my truck back with the serpentine belt covered in oil and squeaking AND the problem still wasn’t fixed.. turns out the rear differential only needed a flush and was working perfect after that. Which was only maybe a $100 service. I barely got any apologies out of them and it seemed like they didn’t really care, if you have a choice in where to bring your car DO NOT go here, these people aren’t knowledgeable for $100 an hour and they scam you out of your hard earned money.
