The staff went above and beyond for me and installing a battery in my Audi.
They offered to drop it off to me at work after they were finished. Told them I would stop in on my lunch to pay so they could drop it off after and they knew I was on my way to and they finished it quickly for me.
Just amazing.

I have owned VW vehicles for many years. I am very comfortable with the way they drive, the safety features, and the problem free experience that owing a VW brings. I especially would like to thank Heather and the team in the service department. I often tell them that if everything else in my life was managed with the professionalism, respect and care I receive from them .. I'd be a very lucky person!

The dealership may be small but that doesn’t mean that they lack customer oriented satisfaction and care. Cameron and Heather in service always go above and beyond to meet a customers needs. The parts department are prompt and reasonable and the service technicians methodically work to troubleshoot maintenance issues. Avoid the large city dealerships, its well worth the time to visit Simcoe VW. Great Job everyone!!
