Sometimes I go to this branch, I don't know why but I do.I've never had a problem with CCS. Go in, deposit, get out. That's been my relationship with CCS for 10 years.

Wow this branch is awful. They refuse to answer the phone. How are we meant to make an appointment for something like a Wire Transfer?

Great little branch with super friendly staff. It's so different from one of the big five that it doesn't even feel like a bank. It's like to sit down, have a coffee and read a little instead of standing in line like cattle. So far, we've only had stellar experiences with them. Accounts are inexpensive (or free!) on the personal side and the business acounts are very resonably priced. Online banking is better than what I had at TD. I appreciate the breadth of service offerings (insurance, investments, etc.) without the hard sell that normally accompanies such things.

Outstanding service by this branch! I was so stressed from an issue that seemed impossible to solve. The banker could easily go by their policy and just say "No, we can't do anything about it", but he (Isaiah) took that extra step, made an effort and actually listened to a customer's need. He found ways to solve the problem and in a very short time, leaving me totally happy and satisfied. I would strongly recommend Coast Capital and their friendly staff.

Waste of time and space. Have to go majorly out of my way to get anything done instead of a literal block away. Useless.

Whats the point of this branch? The branch does not do anything that is β€œteller transactions” Im someone that lives in the area and have to walk to Georgia branch(20min walk) to do most of my transactions including international wire transfers.

Atm is down and employees are in the bank but I can't even make a cash deposit AT THE BANK(through the employees). This is wild to me. Do better. Have a contingency plan. Likely switching banks if the MO of Coast Capital is to provide minimal service through apparent cost cutting measures.
