I have, however, been a member for years and always recived excellent customer service other wise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16 days to get an answer on a simple loan application, when the commitment was 2. I don't care if the answer is yes or no. How can I make plans with these kinds of delays. Poor communication, no follow through on commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most welcoming bank I’ve ever been to the staff are Phenomenal!! Vikram is the kindest most professional person I have met the way you are greeted isn’t valued by the amount of money you have nor how you look!!
Diva was the one who helped me!! She is the most beautiful lady inside out!! So kind helpful and fast!! Everytime I have to go to this location I am so happy I enter with a smile and leave with a AMAZING Experience everytime!

I must have called them 8-10 times trying to get in touch with someone to discuss my mortgage, but no one ever calls back. Im absolutely desperate for someone to call me back, but i can't get through. Absolutely abysmal service
