★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael Browne and the Green Mortgage Team have been invaluable in helping my wife and I secure mortgages over the past year (primary residence purchase on a rural acreage, townhome rental property and a mortgage refinance). Right from our first introductory phone meeting with Michael we appreciated his knowledge and guidance on strategies for implementing the Smith Manoeuvre. Michael has proven himself to be an incredible asset to us and has gone well above our expectations; far exceeding service we'd received from other brokers/brokerages over the years. Michael always makes sure we know where we are at during the process and we appreciate the automatic updates we receive from the Green Mortgage Team. Michael always replies promptly to our calls or emails and on a number of occasions has gone above and beyond to reply to us after hours or on a weekend; as have other members of the GMT. Buying real estate can be stressful at times, Michael and the Green Mortgage Team (Quinn, Jason, Lee-Ann have all been outstanding as well) bring a calming reassurance to the process and we can't speak highly enough of our experience! We look forward to more real estate investing and working with Michael and the Green Mortgage Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely great experience working with Gary Konrad to obtain financing on my first home. At each step of the way Gary kept me informed and educated on what was going on in the financing process, and I learned quite a lot from him as a first time homebuyer.
When it was all said and done I ended up with a great rate with a top lender, and the entire process was very stress free. Overall, if you're looking to get a mortgage then I would highly recommend giving Gary at Green Mortgage Team a call as I had nothing but a very positive experience!
