She even listened to our budget and needs and showed us a unit that wasn't even listed as available yet so we were the first! And that was the one we applied for and signed a lease today for. She went out of her way to show us every nook and communal area of the building and was impressively quick with our application approval and available and responsive getting all the details worked out during signing. Thank you!

Jess was extremely professional and friendly showing me through a range of properties and identifying the pros and cons of certain locations which was very helpful to an outsider. She was also went out of her way supporting me with the application process culminating in me moving into my preferred residence at my desired time. The Townhouse I occupied is brand new and not surprisingly had a few issues that require final touch up from the builders, again Jess and the Prompton team have been proactive, diligent and highly communicative in getting these remedied.

From the process of becoming a tenant with Prompton, signing the lease, walking through the unit and to any issues I’ve had with the unit since or the building itself - there is always an avenue to go to. Always a quick and thorough reply with someone to assist and care to work with. Jess Baddan has been a wonderful Property Manager, so if I’m afforded some words in this review on her behalf - she’s incredibly reliable. I saw how busy she was on the onset, yet she always made time to reply to every concern or question I had even when she was out of office. It’s comforting to know, very professional to have and simply nice to see from another person. I don’t have to worry and that’s been the single greatest thing about my tenancy this short while. The experience has been great and I’m thankful for that. Shout out to the entire team at Concierge and lastly to Jason from Handy Chaps. You’ve all been awesome.

Since last August we have working together, Jess and I, and it is always easy, fast and fair. Jess is so fast to answer my messages and also really fair evaluating applications. Her method to approve clients is clear to me and I already know when the family can be approved or not by Prompton. After the contract signed, she is available to do the move in inspection directly with tenants and I’ve never received a complaint about her! It is a pleasure to work with someone so nice and efficient!
