OR MOVE THEM THEY ARE WAY TO COMFORTABLE! TRIED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT, BUT THEY ARENT EVEN INTERESTED IN IT! TRIED TO INCREASE A LIMIT ON MY ACCOUNT THEY KEEP REFERRING ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHEN CUSTOMER SERIVCE TELLING ME TO GO TO THEM!!

J	JOSEPH LUSIGNAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an account back in 2007 closed this account due to relocation to Montreal Quebec then in 2019 I went to see if I could open an account and found out that almost all my information was stored in their own memory bank all that was required had to activate my profile and update address and phone number. They the agent or costumer service personnel are very well trained well mannered and amazingly polite nice for a change if one compares this center or credit union to the majority of banks located in the area.?

The atmosphere is comfortable and the waiting time for me was very little. The longest I've waited at this location 5 to 10 minutes. I don't remember what time it was at each of the times I've been there? Maybe mid afternoon to closing time. Of any location I've used, I think I like this one best. Teller's are personable and didn't seem to mind the small talk. "Great customer service vancity W. Pender teller's" Thank you!☺️?
