★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply Property was hired to do a task I prefer not to do any more - cleaning the eavestrough and downspouts. I hired them last fall and was happy to have them come back this spring.
The staff was very personable and easy to communicate with - clear understanding both ways - they knew what I wanted and I knew upfront what I was getting and how much it would cost. Efficient and effective when on task but willing to chat about the job when moving around the property. Great value for the work done - I will most certainly continue to use them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this firm, and in particular the owner, Brandon. He provided exceptional value for the money. In addition, he is conscientious, hard-working, and polite. I've had my windows cleaned a few times in Regina. Each time the result was good. However, Brandon's results were superior. He was more thorough. He left things as he found them. He made sure that everything was done properly.
