They provided us a quote the day after we called for an estimate and finished pressure washing the next day. Great prices and hard working people. Highly recommended their company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed gutter cleaning and window washing on super short notice. I called up Precision Window Washers, Gutter Cleaning services and they met me that very same afternoon for a walkthrough and quote.
They were able to make room in their schedule to handle a rather complicated 3-story residence, and did so at a competitive and reasonable price.
I look forward to working with the team at Precision Services for future cleaning of all the Vancouver properties I manage.

They pay attention to all the details from start to finish and they are very easy to communicate with. Michelle is very personable and takes the time to educate residence and tenants about their properties. She creates yearly maintenance plans for our properties so they stay looking great and that we avoid costly repairs due to neglecting regular maintenance.
We highly recommend Precision.

As a Building Designer of 40 years it was clear to me that they knew what they were about. They were organized and efficient and the workmanship on display was first class.
