I was contacted by Advanced Parking management regarding my complaint soon after my first post. They took care of my account very fast and refunded me the parking fee. I would like to thank Shawn and Jim for their help.

Poor management. I was a monthly renter but got a ticket for not paying the parking fee on the first day of my use. Had to call them to cancel.
Had to cancel the parking in March because my job was affected by COVID-19. According to the contract, I should be able to cancel it in April, but the online system only allowed the cancellation at the end of June. Called them everyday for a week, no one answered. Finally I called the number for disputing tickets and one staff answered. I explained my situation, and she just gave me an email address. Guess what, after about one month, I got reply: it was Impark parking's email address! They told me to contact Advanced Parking using a web form that I used before in my wrong ticket incident and at that no one replied me.
I just got ripped off!!!!
