S	Samantha Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to the bank yesterday, lined up and was told by Lo-Ann the teller that she is getting off soon and will take the person behind me first. That's ridiculous! just because she knew I was a business client she took the person behind me thinking I took longer than the person behind me. Terrible customer service. If that's the case they should have a separate line for regular clients and business clients.
s	sadiel orama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gordana Janarovic is a horrible person. I just needed a letter with an account balance (with my real money) to help my sister for a master application. So Gordana said that I have a credit card with a debt. That we can't see the balance for the last month if we take one month. She said too that in the letter we can't see my credit score neither! WOW! So I told her that if somebody have a mortage of 1million and they have 50K in a bank account the balance that means that the person doesn't have money following her logic. Each time she said something incoherent to try to humiliate me. I JUST needed a letter with my account balance. The report of the user space in internet gives personal information and the University ask for a letter. Anyway, stay away of this branch of Scotiabank.
J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go to this bank for banking. Tellers are horrible and cannot be trusted. First visit asking for a bankdraft, the teller lady named Jenny told me to she couldn't reach my head branch for documents and a signature for approval for the bank draft. There was nothing she can do and told me to call my head branch and fax over them the document to be able to give me a bank draft. I did not listen and went again the next day, different teller this time, only took 5 minute to give me a bank draft but the payee name was incorrect even I mentioned the payee name first initial is a 'i' and not a 'L'. Yes i should have double checked but this is very unprofessional shouldn't happen with such small request for a bank draft.

J	J W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really confusing user experience when you step in and you're looking for a service as a new customer. The information/reception table is obscurely positioned in a corner. And in this one experience, there were associates at the front entrance by a promo table. Logically a customer would talk to any staff they first see. Unfortunately that associate was dismissive and made me feel like I was troubling them by wanting to apply for a new account with them. His demeanour and "you're a bother" attitude made me walk out and changed my mind about using Scotiabank. Can't believe they hire staff with such poor customer relation skills.
G	Gökhan Çetin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negative reviews might have a point for their own but my personal with this branch was positive. I was charged a fee that I was not aware of, and randomly walked into this branch to complain about it and they managed to reverse it. So I am happy. Teller was polite and apologized for the inconvenience many times, which wasn't even his fault.
