I've been a client of CIBC for over 20 years. I has a issue with CEBA application that couldn't figure it out by myself so decided to see the CIBC financial Services Representative. I was lucky enough to meet Crystal Leung at CIBC and I can say, she was really top of everything. Thank you Crystal and if I could give you more stars I definitely would.

By far the worst bank I've ever seen in my whole life. The teller who served me was very rude and disrespectful. Mybe these kinds of rude manners and attitudes is common among filopinos. And that's why, I always try to stay away from them. So I brought my concerns to the managers ATT. And though he could see she was not letting us to talk and had to stop her himself!! He took her side. And did not apologise for her rude behaviour or maybe he did in his Chinese spacial way. No wounder why the bank is always dead with no clients.. I would not give them any stars but in order to post my posting have no other chice.

Customer service was a 5 star experience at the CIBC main branch in Vancouver. The teller waa kind, empathic and extremely helpful in listening to my needs. Please consider this branch for all your needs as they will do thier best to make you happy. A real gem in this city.

I was surprised at how rude this brown teller was and the refusing attitude he had towards me. Extremely impatient,I had 3 requests, he impatiently get the first job done but in an unbelievable hush manner. Then for the second request, gave me a nice and warm answer: β€œI can’t do it, I don’t have level” I mean, this is how CIBC train their staff? Or select their tellers? The world is in a hard time now, be nice pls and get your job done. Frustrating experience.

I’ve met financial consultant, Mr. Ehsan Moafi in this CIBC branch and he gave me outstanding service and the best advice on what to do. He clearly explained all aspects of my financial decisions in a way that helped me feel confident I was doing the right thing with my money and would be able to reach my financial goals. He created a detailed financial plan, introduced me to other service providers, and was with me till the last step of the way to check everything and make sure all is done properly. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a financial advisor
