Ridiculous staff! Went there to unfreeze my account and got the instruction from them. Came back after a month with all the documents ready, and waited for the staff to talk to the manager for half an hour. Ended up with no solution. Very unprofessional and rude.

It's a shame to see BMO fall apart so bad after so many good years of service. Maybe some of the best people there can start their own bank? Awe well, on to new things for all of the rest of us...

The main branch and no one to answer the phone! Absolutely poor service! Both this branch and my branch in North van on main have very poor customer care when calling! If you miss the call you’ll have to do the whole process over of leaving a message ! Time to leave this bank as this happens every time I’ve called!

World elite card is not easy of convenient. Couldn’t contact a representative for months after numerous attempts, waited on the line for 4+ hours and the call would drop and call back function didn’t call me back. I’ve had issues with my card and couldn’t reach anyone to resolve it or even cancel the card. Issued complaint but nobody assisted me with the issue.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The absolute worst branch I have ever been to. This system needs a negative star rating because there aren't words to describe how bad this one really is. The mindless incompetent people at this branch is a joke. The line moves at 1 millimeter per year. The staff were trained by forest gump. I had to switch to TD after this. Will never go back even if you paid me 1 million dollars.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in banking. Had an appointment with a senior advisor, Bahareh Esfand. Not sure what made her more unprofessional - her being 15 min late to our appointment, being completely unknowledgeable and poorly informed about the financial products I asked about, or her laughing whenever I asked a serious question. How is this person working here? She’s losing BMO so much business, and despite being interested in some of the products, I will now happily take my banking elsewhere and likely never consider BMO again thanks to her.

I had great experience at this branch. Sara is really helpful person I've ever met at all branches. She's the only person to try to fix my issue. Most of them are usually let me call the company even though I'm there to ask their help. It's just waste of my time... She even contaced me in advance to let me know that it took more time than we expected. I didn't need spend extra time thanks to her!

Can we get this guy to open and help one of the 50 customers in line. Buddy just wonders around with his n95 mask doing absolutely nothing productive. And decides to go home when there's a line out the door. Great example of kicking the bucket.
